摘要
《黄帝内经》作为中医学经典著作,不仅标志着针灸理论体系的初步形成,更是后世医家学习和研究的宝贵财富。《黄帝内经》共分为81篇,其中58篇涉及到“神”的概念,深刻影响了中医学理论对生命、健康和疾病的认识。《灵枢·本神》中“生之来谓之精,两精相搏谓之神”的论述,明确指出“神”由先天之精相互交融而形成,是维持人体生命健康的重要物质基础;“凡刺之法,先必本于神”,直接提出针灸的治疗原则,从理论层面为针灸调神治疗提供了坚实基础。王维峰主任医师在临床实践中运用《黄帝内经》中的针灸调神思想治疗失眠、头痛、眩晕以及情志疾病等取得了良好的临床疗效。通过整理总结王师的临床经验,旨在全面呈现其基于《黄帝内经》“神”理论运用针灸调神的独到见解,为中医临床工作者提供切实可行的借鉴,助力传承传统中医学理论在现代临床实践中的应用价值。
The Huangdi Neijing,a classic work in traditional Chinese medicine,not only marks the preliminary formation of the acupuncture and moxibustion theoretical system but also serves as a valuable treasure for later generations of medical practitioners to learn from and research.The Huangdi Neijing is divided into 81 chapters,58 of which involve the concept of“Shen”,profoundly influencing traditional Chinese medicine′sunderstanding of life,health and disease.The statement in Ling Shu·Ben Shen(“The origin of life is called Jing;the union of two Jings is called Shen”)clearly indicates that“Shen”is formed by the intermingling of congenital Jing and serves as an important fundamental substance for maintaining human life and health.The statement that“All acupuncture methods must first be rooted in Shen”directly proposes the therapeutic principle of acu-puncture,providing a solid theoretical foundation for acupuncture treatment aimed at mind regulation.Chief Physician Wang Weifeng has achieved good clinical efficacy in treating insomnia,headaches,vertigo,and emotional disorders by applying the acupuncture mind-regulation ideas from the Huangdi Neijing in clinical practice.This paper aims to comprehensively present Wang′sunique insights into applying acupuncture for mind regulation based on the“Shen”Theory in the Huangdi Neijing by summarizing his clinical experience,providing practical references for traditional Chinese medicine clinical practitioners and fa-cilitating the inheritance of the application value of traditional Chinese medicine theories in modern clinical practice.
