摘要
2024武汉双年展以“城市流体”为主题,强调“流动性”在当代城市、社会结构及文化交流中的重要性。本文围绕“流动性与共同体”展开,探讨双年展如何通过策展结构和艺术作品呈现“流动性”概念,同时在跨文化视域下溯源传统,观照当下,在社会流动、文化交流与身份认同的变动中塑造新的共同体形式。本文提出在全球化背景下,本土双年展应注重平衡地方性与国际化的张力,以守正创新为前提,积极探索新的策展方案,拓展地方文化的表达边界,增强国际社会对本土艺术与展览实践的认知和理解。
Themed“Urban Fluidity”,the Wuhan Biennale 2024 emphasizes the importance of“fluidity”in today’s cities,social structures and cultural exchanges.Centering on“fluidity and community”,this article explores how the Wuhan Biennale demonstrates the concept of“fluidity”through curatorial structures and artworks,and adopts a cross-cultural perspective to trace origins,observe the present,and build new forms of community in social mobility,cultural exchanges and changes of identity.This articles proposes that in this globalized world,local biennales should strike a balance between local and international features,actively explore new curatorial plans while upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,expand the expression of local culture,and strengthen the recognition and understanding of local art and exhibitions in the international community.
