2023年福建沿海地区麻痹性贝类毒素污染状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Paralytic Shellfish Toxins Pollution in the Coastal Areas of Fujian Province in 2023

摘要 本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对2023年5月到9月福建沿海六地市采集的281份贝类及虾蟹样本进行麻痹性贝类毒素(paralytic shellfish toxins,PSTs)分析检测。结果表明,281份样本中有53份样本检出PSTs,检出率18.9%,检出种类为贻贝、扇贝、牡蛎和血蚶,带子、对虾、菜鲟样本未检出。阳性样本中PSTs含量范围在1.08~200μgSTXeq/kg,低于世界卫生组织规定的800μgSTXeq/kg限量标准。7种样本中贻贝检出率最高,检出毒素种类最多。福建沿海PSTs的空间分布比较广泛,六地市样本中均有检出,不同地区检出的毒素种类也有一定的地域性差异。5月、6月采集的样本检出率最高,与近年来福建沿海5、6月赤潮高峰的特征相符。 The determination of paralytic shellfish toxins(PSTs)in 281 shellfish,prawn and crab samples collected from six coastal cities in Fujian province from May to September in 2023 was carried out by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that PSTs were detected in 53 out of 281 samples,with a detection rate of 18.9%.The detected species were mussels,scallops,oysters,and blood clams,while samples of scallops,prawns and crabs were not detected.The range of PSTs content in positive samples was 1.08-200μgSTXeq/kg,which was lower than the limit standard of 800μgSTXeq/kg set by the World Health Organization.Among the 7 species,mussels have the highest detection rate and the most types of toxins detected.The spatial distribution of PSTs along the coast of Fujian is relatively wide,PSTs have been detected in samples from all six cities.There are also regional differences in the types of toxins detected in different regions.The detection rate of samples collected in May and June is the highest,which is consistent with the characteristics of the peak of red tides in May and June along the coast of Fujian in recent years.
