摘要
核级设备鉴定试验过程的高质量管理,是鉴定试验结果的可靠保证。根据实际运行经验,发现鉴定试验活动中经常出现且容易忽视的问题,提出按照相应的技术、质量要求以及预计风险进行针对性地管理,以保证整个鉴定活动满足高质量的管理要求,为客户提供客观真实有效的鉴定试验结果。同时,为后续核级设备鉴定试验项目管理提供一定的参考依据,并有望提升行业的鉴定试验项目管理水平。
High-quality management of the nuclear-grade equipment qualification test process is a reliable guarantee for the reliability of the test results.Based on actual operational experience,problems that often occur and are easily overlooked in qualification test activities have been identified.It is proposed to carry out targeted management according to corresponding technical and quality requirements as well as expected risks,so as to ensure that the entire qualification activity meets high-quality management requirements and provides customers with objective,true and effective qualification test results.At the same time,it provides certain reference basis for subsequent nuclear-grade equipment qualification test project management and is expected to improve the industry's qualification test project management level.
