摘要
为深入掌握大型污水池裂缝控制技术与预防措施,结合某大型污水处理厂工程,对污水池裂缝成因及特征进行系统分析。研究发现,造成裂缝的主要原因包括混凝土的收缩、温度变化以及约束应力等因素。针对上述问题,通过从材料、设计及施工三个方面提出控制污水池池壁裂缝产生的策略,有效降低水池裂缝的发生概率,验证了工程所采取的裂缝控制措施具有合理性、可靠性,并且施工效果良好。
In order to master the crack control technology and preventive measures of large sewage ponds,the causes and characteristics of crack in sewage ponds were systematically analyzed in combination with a large sewage treatment plant.It is found that the main causes of cracks include shrinkage of concrete,temperature change and confinement stress.In view of the above problems,the strategies to control the cracks on the wall of the sewage pond are proposed from three aspects:material,design and construction,so as to effectively reduce the probability of the cracks in the pool,and the rationality and reliability of the crack control measures adopted in the project are verified,and the construction effect is good.
