摘要
本文综述近五年中医护理技术在膝痹患者治疗中的应用进展,总结包括中药熏洗、中药外敷、热奄包、穴位按摩、穴位贴敷、蜡疗、刮痧及耳穴压豆等中医护理技术实践效果,探讨目前中医护理技术干预存在的问题以及未来的发展趋势,旨在为膝痹的护理干预提供新思路,以便更有效地改善患者的病情。
This paper reviewed literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques for patients with knee arthralgia from the past 5 years.It summarized current practice and efficacy of common-used Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including Chinese herbal medi-cine fumigation and washing,Chinese herbal medicine external application,Chinese herbal medi-cine warm compress,acupoint massage,acupoint application,wax therapy,Gua Sha,and auric-ular acupoint pressing therapy,and discussed its potential problems and future development,in or-der to provide ideas for clinical intervention on knee arthralgia and improve patients’prognosis.
