摘要
“青年案例学者30人论坛”的设立旨在探讨案例研究中的热点与难点问题,推动案例研究方法的发展及其在管理学理论中的应用,推动案例学学科发展。2024年,第四届论坛在浙江财经大学举行,会议围绕案例研究的模板化问题、案例研究与大样本数据结合、混合研究方法以及案例研究中的理论创新等关键议题展开深入讨论。通过对会议上提出的上述问题的基本哲学逻辑、主流观点、争议焦点和可能的解决方案进行详细的总结,在此基础上提出了系统性的发展建议与设想,以促进案例研究方法在国内管理理论研究中应用的规范性和创新性。
The establishment of the“30 Young Case Scholars Forum”aims to explore hot research topics and complex issues of the case study method,promote the development of the method and its application in management studies,thus build on case studies as an academic discipline.In 2024,the fourth forum was held at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics,focusing on key issues such as the templates of case studies,the combination of the case study method with large-sample data research,mixed research methods,and theoretical innovation in case research.This paper provides a detailed summary of the fundamental philosophical logic,mainstream views,controversial issues,and possible solutions scholars propose on the above topics.Based on this,systematic development suggestions and ideas are put forward to promote the application and innovation of the case research method in domestic management research.
