社会认同理论视域下体育教师的信任危机困境及其纾解策略

The Trust Crisis of Physical Education Teachers and Its Relief Strategies from the Perspective of Social Identity Theory

摘要 体育教师是青少年体质健康与运动技能提升的关键参与者,也是体育文化的传播者,更是体育强国和健康中国建设进程中不可或缺的角色。然而,体育教师长期面临信任危机困境,其表现为体育教师形象的马太效应、学科边缘化的无限放大以及个体行为失范的恶性循环,根源在于忽略体育发展历史、文化特征现实价值。研究从社会认同理论作为切入点,从自我了解、人生目标以及自我实现的历程三个维度展开分析,揭示体育教师信任危机实质是公众对教育群体工作满意度的映射。研究进一步提出,通过增强自我认知、创造认同基础、完成角色定位等方面提升体育教师的自身能力和社会认同度,在德智体美劳全面发展的教育工作中起到强基作用。 The physical education teacher is an indispensable role in the process of the construction of the socialist modern sports powerful country and the Healthy China,but physical education teachers have long been troubled by a crisis of trust.The dilemma of the trust crisis of PE teachers is manifested in the Matthews effect of the image of PE teachers,the unlimited amplification of the marginalization of subjects,and the vicious circle of individual misconduct,it is caused by neglecting the history of sports development,the characteristics of sports culture and the realistic value.The study social identity theory from three dimensions:self-understanding,life goals and the process of self-actualization,it is found that the trust crisis of physical education teachers is a real reflection of the Chinese People's satisfaction with group work,the study further found that physical education teachers self-ability and social identity can be improved by enhancing self-awareness,creating the basis of identity,and fulfilling the role orientation,play a strong role in the overall development of moral,intellectual,physical and labor education.
