摘要
改革开放以来,有关党领导中国高速铁路事业发展与改革的研究渐渐进入学术界视野,并受到较多关注。国内学者分别从高铁事业发展改革的重要决策、历史分期、主要成就、重大贡献、基本经验、现实启示等不同层面解读,在资料收集和研究客体等方面取得很大进展,为研究高铁事业发展改革的历史进程、系统总结成功经验提供了重要参考。但当前研究存在“通史性”较弱、理论阐述不充分、基础文献散乱、经验挖掘不深入等不足,成为本领域学者进一步研究需要面对的重要问题。
Since the reform and opening up,researches on the development of China s high-speed rails under the leadership of the CPC have gradually entered the academic field,and has received more and more attention.Domestic scholars have discussed on the key decisions,historical stages,major achievements,significant contribution,basic experiences,and practical implications of high-speed rails development,and have made many progresses in data collection and research objects,which provides important references for us to study its history and experiences.The current researches also have shortcomings such as weak“general history”,insufficient theoretical elaboration,scattered basic literature,and insufficient experience mining,which have become important issues for us to face in further research.
