摘要
在共同富裕视阈下推进中国式农业农村现代化,是强烈回应全面建成社会主义现代化强国的现实需要,对破解乡村振兴难题、推进农业农村高质量发展,以及人的全面发展具有重要意义。新时代推进中国式农业农村现代化面临农业发展模式亟待优化、农民主体作用有待进一步发挥、乡村治理体系不够健全、城乡居民收入差距较大等突出问题。立足本国国情,坚持共同富裕的中国特色社会主义发展指向,探索农业农村现代化发展的中国模式,必须着力优化农业发展模式,树立乡村共同缔造理念,完善农民主体作用机制,持续健全乡村治理现代化体系,构建现代化城乡关系,逐步缩小城乡收入差距,不断提升农民群众的获得感与幸福感。
Promoting the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas under the vision of common prosperity is a strong response to the practical needs of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,and is of great significance to solving the problem of rural revitalization,promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas,and the all-round development of people.To promote the modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas in the new era,there are prominent problems such as the urgent optimization of the agricultural development model,the further play of the main role of farmers,the imperfect rural governance system,and the large income gap between urban and rural residents.Based on China's national conditions,adhering to the socialist development direction of common prosperity with Chinese characteristics,and exploring the Chinese model of agricultural and rural modernization,we must focus on optimizing the agricultural development model,establish the concept of rural co-creation,improve the mechanism of farmers main role,continue to improve the modernization system of rural governance,build a modernized urban-rural relationship,and gradually narrow the urban-rural income gap and continuously improve the sense of gain and happiness of farmers.
