摘要
为解决高层建筑失火扑救难、蔓延快、疏散难等问题,对现有的高楼火灾逃生装置进行研究,基于社会趋势(S)-经济动力(E)-先进技术(T)三个关键领域分析产品机会缺口,为了保证整体美观性,设计出了以窗户为原型,非火灾时为窗户、火灾时迅速展开形成双跑楼梯的逃生装置。为提高火灾逃生效率及装置稳固性,采用绞盘与卡死机构实现逃生梯的快速展开,多处设置三角形结构,使逃生梯展开后更稳定。逃生梯转角处设置活动台阶、滞留平台方便通行,护栏采用折叠式结构并利用锁死齿轮使护栏牢固稳定,各楼层间采用智能系统控制并附有报警系统,最终实现适应于各类群体的高楼火灾逃生。结合相关计算验证并利用SolidWorks三维建模软件进行了高层楼宇消防逃生梯概念设计,为相关产品的创新开发提供思路和参考。
To address the challenges of fire suppression,rapid fire spread and evacuation of high-rise buildings,this paper studies the existing fire escape devices of high-rise buildings,analyzes the product opportunity gap based on the three key areas of social trend(S)-economic power(E)-advanced technology(T),and designs an escape device with windows as the prototype.The device serves as windows when it is not a fire,and quickly unfolds to form a double-flight staircase during a fire,which is aesthetically pleasing.In order to improve the fire escape efficiency and the stability of the device,the winch and the stuck mechanism are used to realize the rapid deployment of the escape ladder,a triangular structure is arranged in multiple places to make the escape ladder more stable after deployment.Movable steps and the detention platform are set at the corner of the escape ladder to facilitate the passage,the guardrail adopts a foldable structure and uses the locking gear to make the guardrail firm and stable,and the intelligent system control is adopted between each floor with the alarm system,which enables the high-rise fire escape for various groups.Through the relevant calculation verification and the use of SolidWorks 3D modeling software,the conceptual design of fire escape ladder in high-rise buildings is developed,which provides ideas and references for the innovative development of related products.
