蒸汽发生器运行工况下不同水位计测量性能的研究

摘要 蒸汽发生器(SG)二次侧水位的准确测量对压水堆一回路和二回路的安全与稳定运行具有重要作用。本文采用不同测量原理的水位计(磁致伸缩、导波雷达、磁浮子、双室平衡容器差压式),建立了一种模拟SG二次侧稳态运行时的水位测量试验装置,并将其在冷、热态下的测量结果与基准水位值进行对比。结果表明:冷态工况下,各水位计的测量结果接近,均具备较高的测量准确性;热态工况下,磁致伸缩水位计具备替代差压式水位计的潜力。 The accurate measurement of the secondary water level of the steam generator(SG)plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the primary and secondary circuits of pressurized water reactors.This article uses water level gauges with different measurement principles(magnetostrictive,guided wave radar,magnetic float,double chamber balanced container differential pressure type)to establish a water level measurement test device that simulates the steady-state operation of SG secondary side,and compares its measurement results in cold and hot states with the reference water level value.The results show that under cold working conditions,the measurement results of each water level gauge are close and have high measurement accuracy;Under hot working conditions,magnetostrictive water level gauges have the potential to replace differential pressure water level gauges.
