摘要
本文基于射频阻抗测量技术,针对开路器的结构、传输线长度与延迟时间的关系、仿真与几何尺寸确定、延迟时间测量等问题,介绍了传输线长度在设计仿真与实际应用时产生的不同效应,并通过测量延迟时间,进一步确定了实际电长度与设计长度之间存在的偏差,从而为修正传输线偏移长度,确保复现阻抗量值的准确性提供参考。
This article is based on radio frequency impedance measurement technology,focusing on the structure of circuit breakers,the relationship between transmission line length and delay time,simulation and geometric dimension determination,delay time measurement,and other issues.It introduces the different effects of transmission line length design simulation and practical application,and further determines the deviation between actual electrical length and design length by measuring delay time.This provides a reference for correcting transmission line offset length and ensuring the accuracy of reproducing impedance values.
