摘要
基于特里·克拉克的场景理论,从客观结构与主观认知的双重视角出发,结合动态性、开放性和整体性3个维度,构建历史文化街区改造更新的研究框架。场景理论的核心在于通过文化符号的再现、空间实践的重构和社会关系的重塑,创造具有文化认同感和空间吸引力的场所环境。以扬州仁丰里历史文化街区为例,探讨仁丰里在场景营造、文化传承、社区活化3个层面的创新实践,突破传统“空间—功能”二元视角的局限,提出“场景构建—文化再生—社区参与”的协同更新模式。通过系统实地调研,深入分析场景营造对历史空间文化资本的激活机制,探讨其在改善物质环境、重构社会网络方面的双重效应,最终形成兼具理论深度和实践价值的历史文化街区更新策略体系,以期拓展场景理论在历史文化街区保护领域的应用边界,为同类文化遗产地的可持续更新提供系统性方法论支撑。
Based on Terry Clark's scene theory,this study constructs a research framework for the renovation and renewal of historic and cultural districts from the dual perspectives of objective structure and subjective cognition,incorporating the dimensions of dynamism,openness,and holism.The core of scene theory lies in creating a place environment with cultural identity and spatial appeal through the reproduction of cultural symbols,the reconstruction of spatial practices,and the reshaping of social relations.This research takes Yangzhou Renfeng Lane Historic and Cultural District as a case study to explore its innovative practices in scene construction,cultural heritage preservation,and community revitalization,moving beyond the constraints of the conventional"space-function"binary perspective.Subsequently,it proposes a collaborative renewal model of"scene construction—cultural regeneration—community participation."Through systematic field research,the study delves into the mechanisms by which scene construction activates the cultural capital of historical spaces and examines its dual effects in improving the physical environment and reconstructing social networks.Ultimately,it forms a theoretical and practical strategy system for the renewal of historical districts,aiming to expand the application boundaries of scene theory in the field of historical and cultural district preservation and provide systematic methodological support for the sustainable renewal of similar cultural heritage sites.
