摘要
以邕宁百济新平风电场项目为背景,对项目实施过程中的水土保持防治措施及其效果进行了全面评价。通过工程评审资料、现场监测、模型计算、调查测量、环境监测等方法进行综合评价。评价结果显示,各项防治措施均达到了合格标准,有效地控制了土壤侵蚀,促进了植被恢复,保障了水土保持设施的正常运行,规范了弃渣场管理,减少了施工生产生活区和便道区的环境破坏,并确保了防治措施的经济合理性和长期可持续性。研究为类似风电场项目的水土保持工作提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
Taking the Yongning Baiji Xinping wind farm project as a background,acomprehensive evaluation was conducted on the soil and water conservation measures and their effects in its implementation process.It conducts comprehensive evaluation through methods such as engineering review materials,on-site monitoring,model calculation,survey measurement,and environmental monitoring.The evaluation results show that all prevention and control measures have met the qualified standards,effectively controlling soil erosion,promoting vegetation restoration,ensuring the normal operation of soil and water conservation facilities,standardizing the management of waste disposal sites,reducing environmental damage in construction production and living areas and access roads,and ensuring the economic rationality and long-term sustainability of prevention and control measures.The research provides useful reference and inspiration for soil and water conservation work in similar wind farm projects.
