10 kV power cables are a key component of urban and rural distribution networks.However,cables often face many potential faults and hazards during construction and operation,such as mechanical damage,insulation failure,and temperature rise caused by overload.These problems not only affect the stable supply of electricity,but may also lead to equipment damage,power outages,and safety hazards,posing huge risks to the normal operation of the power system.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct a thorough analysis of potential faults that may occur during the construction of 10 kV power cables.It focuses on analyzing the common types of faults and corresponding preventive measures in the construction of 10 kV power cables,in order to improve the construction quality of 10 kV power cables and the stability of the power system.
