摘要
精密加工技术是农业机械制造向高效化、精准化、智能化发展的核心驱动力,当前已在发动机、传动系统、液压元件等关键部件加工中展现出显著优势。通过分析精密加工技术的类型与应用场景,提出了工艺选择、路径优化、智能设备融合、质量控制体系完善等应用策略,以构建适用于农业机械零部件加工的柔性化、多层次的技术体系,从整体上提升零部件的加工精度与生产效率。
Precision machining technology serves as the core driving force for the development of agricultural machinery manufacturing towards high efficiency,precision,and intelligence.This technology demonstrates remarkable advantages in the processing of key components such as engines,transmission systems,and hydraulic components.By analyzing the types and application scenarios of precision machining technology,this paper proposes application strategies including process selection,path optimization,integration of intelligent equipment,and improvement of quality control systems.It aims to establish a flexible and multi-level technical system suitable for the processing of agricultural machinery parts,thereby comprehensively enhancing the machining accuracy and production efficiency of components.
