摘要
高超声速技术已成为大国博弈的新军事制高点,为研究国外高超声速领域最新发展现状和趋势,从发展规划、预算投入、装备研发、技术创新、试验能力、工业能力、基础/应用研究、盟友合作等多维度,梳理了美国、俄罗斯、英国、澳大利亚、日本、印度、朝鲜、伊朗等国家2024年高超声速技术领域重大进展。研究认为,高超声速技术正在世界范围内加速扩散,高超声速导弹仍是多国发展重点,各国正多措并举加速高超声速技术验证与型号研制;高超声速武器概念日益泛化,基于传统弹道导弹进行高超声速化,成为获得高超声速能力的一种快捷技术途径;以美为典型,加大非传统商业力量对军事科技赋能重视程度,提升高超声速技术创新能力。
As the hypersonic technology has become a new military high ground in the strategic competition among major powers,studies on the latest developments and trends in foreign hypersonic technology are conducted on the basis of multi-dimensional analysis,covering development plans,budget investments,equipment research and development,technological innovation,testing capabilities,industrial capacities,basic/applied research and alliance cooperation.Major advancements of hypersonic technology in countries such as the United States,Russia,the United Kingdom,Australia,Japan,India,North Korea and Iran in 2024 are included.It is given that the hypersonic technology has been rapidly spreaded worldwide and hypersonic missile is considered as a priority in many countries,various measures are adopted to accelerate the verification and model development of hypersonic technologies.The concept of hypersonic weapons is increasingly widespread,and hypersonic conversion of traditional ballistic missiles is becoming a fast-track approach to acquiring hypersonic capabilities.Taking the United States as a typical example,there is a growing emphasis on leveraging non-traditional commercial forces to empower military technology.thus enhancing hypersonic technological innovation.
