摘要
目的:观察八珍益母胶囊联合耳穴按压治疗产后恶露不绝气虚血瘀型的效果。方法:115例用随机数字表法分为实验组58例和对照组57例。实验组用八珍益母胶囊配合耳穴按压治疗,对照组用缩宫素及阿莫西林胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分均改善,且实验组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。血性恶露结束时间实验组短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。母乳增多实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八珍益母胶囊联合耳穴按压治疗产后恶露不绝气虚血瘀型疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Bazhen Yimu Capsules combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of postpartum lochia with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 115 cases were randomly divided into experimental group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases).The experimental group was treated with Bazhen Yimu Capsules combined with auricular point pressing,while the control group was treated with oxytocin and amoxicillin capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The end time of bloody lochia in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Breast milk increased in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Yimu Capsules combined with auricular acupressure is effective in the treatment of postpartum lochia with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
