摘要
本研究探讨了吴智惠教授运用泻肝清肺法治疗感染后慢性咳嗽的经验。吴教授认为,慢性咳嗽的根本病因在于肺肝两脏功能失调,主要病因包括外感风寒、痰湿内阻、肝火犯肺。她通过泻肝清肺法,调和肝肺气机,清热解毒,化痰止咳,以达到治疗目的。吴教授的治疗方法强调个体化用药和辨证论治,注重药物配伍与剂量调整,以实现最佳治疗效果。本研究总结了吴教授在治疗感染后慢性咳嗽方面的经验,为临床治疗提供了有益的参考。
This study explores Professor Wu Zhihui’s experience in treating chronic cough after infection with the method of purging liver and clearing lung.Professor LUO Wu believes that the fundamental cause of chronic cough lies in the dysfunction of lung and liver.The main causes include exogenous wind-cold,phlegm-dampness obstruction,and liver fire invading the lung.She achieves the purpose of treatment by purging liver and clearing lung,harmonizing qi movement of liver and lung,clearing heat and detoxifying,resolving phlegm and relieving cough.Professor Wu’s treatment method emphasizes individualized medication and syndrome differentiation,and pays attention to drug compatibility and dose adjustment to achieve the best therapeutic effect.This study summarizes Professor Wu’s experience in the treatment of chronic cough after infection,and provides a useful reference for clinical treatment.
