摘要
目的目的探讨五黄油治疗肠造口粪水性皮炎的临床疗效。方法方法选取我院2022年4月-2024年5月收治的肠造口粪水性皮炎患者90例,按随机数表法分为对照组(30例)、研究1组(30例)、研究2组(30例);对照组予以常规换药,研究1组予以氧化锌软膏涂抹,研究2组予以五黄油涂抹;对比三组的干预效果、造口DET评分及生存质量。结果结果研究2组干预总有效率依次较研究1组、对照组高(P<0.05);研究2组干预2周造口DET各项评分及总分均较研究1组、对照组低,WHO生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分较研究1组、对照组高(P<0.05)。结论结论肠造口粪水性皮炎患者采用五黄油干预效果较好,可改善造口周围皮肤状况,提升生存质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wuhuangyou in the treatment of intestinal ostomy fecal water dermatitis.Methods Ninety patients with fecal water dermatitis caused by colostomy admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(30 cases),study group 1(30 cases),and study group 2(30 cases)using a random number table;the control group received routine dressing changes,study group 1 received zinc oxide ointment application,and study group 2 received pentavalent butter application;compare the intervention effects,stoma DET scores,and quality of life among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention in study group 2 was higher than that in study group 1 and the control group,respectively(P<0.05);the DET scores and total scores of study group 2 intervention for 2 weeks were lower than those of study group 1 and the control group,while the WHO Quality of Life Inventory Brief(WHOQOL-BREF)scores were higher than those of study group 1 and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of five butter on patients with fecal water dermatitis caused by colostomy is good,which can improve the skin condition around the stoma and enhance their quality of life.
