摘要
目的目的设计儿科急诊室智慧库房管理系统,并分析其运用效果。方法方法选取2022年3月-2024年2月儿科急诊室库房符合标准的一次性使用医疗消耗物品为研究对象,将2022年3月-2023年2月的一次性医疗消耗物品作为对照组,该期间实施传统人工管理法;于2023年3月开始应用智慧库房管理系统,将2023年3月-2024年2月的一次性消耗品作为实验组,该期间实施智慧库房管理系统;并选取2023-2024年在儿科急诊室库房上班的管理员3名。对比两组每次清理60件物品所需时间、每次检查60件物品的效期完好率,并记录库房管理员满意度。结果结果实验组清理统计物品用时较对照组短(P<0.05);实验组物品效期完好率较对照组高(P<0.05);实验组库房管理员对管理方案全部很满意。结论结论儿科急诊室采用智慧库房管理系统,能够缩短清理统计物品用时,提高物品效期完好率,提升管理员的满意度。
Objective To design a smart warehouse management system for pediatric emergency rooms and analyze the effect of its use.Methods The standardized single-use medical consumables in the pediatric emergency room warehouse from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study object,and the single-use medical consumables from March 2022 to February 2023 were taken as the control group,and the traditional manual management method was implemented in the period;the smart warehouse management system was applied from March 2023,and the single-use medical consumables from March 2023 to February 2024 were taken as the experimental group,and the effect of its application was analyzed.of disposable consumables as the experimental group,during which the smart depot management system was implemented;and three administrators who worked in the pediatric emergency room depot in 2023-2024 were selected.The two groups were compared in terms of the time taken to clean 60 items each time,the validity and intactness rate of 60 items each time they were checked,and the satisfaction of the warehouse administrators was recorded.Results The experimental group took shorter time to clean up the statistical items than the control group(P<0.05);the experimental group had a higher rate of items with intact expiration date than the control group(P<0.05);and all of the warehouse administrators in the experimental group were very satisfied with the management program.Conclusion The use of intelligent warehouse management system in pediatric emergency room can shorten the time of cleaning and counting items,improve the validity and integrity rate of items,and enhance the satisfaction of the administrators.
