摘要
目的目的研究脑血管疾病患者在病情诊断过程中应用旋转数字减影脑血管造影技术的临床价值。方法方法选择2022年9月-2024年9月间,在我院就诊的脑血管疾病疑似患者68例。入院后患者首先接受常规数字减影脑血管造影检查,随后进行旋转数字减影脑血管造影检查,以治疗后证实结果为金标准。总结治疗后证实脑血管疾病阳性情况,比较两种方法治疗前检查脑血管疾病的阳性率、敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、准确度、漏诊和误诊情况、成像次数、X线辐射剂量、造影剂用量。结果结果治疗后最终证实脑血管疾病患者61例,占比89.71%;旋转数字减影脑血管造影检查脑血管疾病的阳性率高于常规数字减影脑血管造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);旋转数字减影脑血管造影诊断脑血管疾病的敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、准确度,均较常规数字减影脑血管造影高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);旋转数字减影脑血管造影治疗前检查脑血管疾病的误诊率、漏诊率低于常规数字减影脑血管造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);旋转数字减影脑血管造影的成像次数、X线辐射剂量、造影剂用量均少于常规数字减影脑血管造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结论选择旋转数字减影脑血管造影技术,对脑血管疾病患者实施诊断,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of rotary digital subtraction cerebral angiography in patients with cerebrovascular disease during disease diagnosis.Methods From September 2022 to September 2024.After admission,the patient first underwent routine digital subtraction cerebral angiography,followed by rotating digital subtraction cerebral angiography,confirming the results after treatment as the gold standard.Summarize the positive status of cerebrovascular disease confirmed after treatment,and compare the positive rate,sensitivity,specificity,negative,positive predictive value,accuracy,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,imaging times,X-ray radiation dose and dosage of contrast agent before treatment of the two methods.Results 61 patients with cerebrovascular disease,for 89.71%;the positive rate of rotating digital subtraction cerebrovascular angiography examination was higher than that of conventional digital subtraction cerebrovascular angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);sensitivity,specificity,negative,positive predictive value,accuracy of the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease,are higher than the conventional digital subtraction cerebral angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of error and omission of cerebrovascular disease is lower than that of conventional digital subtraction cerebral angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the imaging times,X-ray radiation dose and contrast agent dose of the rotating digital subtraction cerebral angiography are less than the conventional digital subtraction cerebral angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rottational digital subtraction cerebral angiography is used to diagnose patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
