摘要
目的目的探讨高通量血液透析治疗基础上配合复方α-酮酸片对尿毒症患者的疗效。方法方法选取2022年4月-2024年4月于我院接受治疗的尿毒症患者(64例),采取随机数表法将其等分成两组,对照组32例患者仅接受高通量血液透析治疗,观察组32例患者在对照组治疗基础上增加复方α-酮酸片。评估比较两组采取不同治疗方案对于免疫功能、肾功能以及炎症指标的影响。结果结果经数据对比得出,两组患者在治疗前的免疫指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))与肾功能指标(BUN、Scr、β_(2)-MG)、炎症指标(CRP、IL-6)对比,均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组比对照组肾功能指标、炎症指标以及CD8^(+)指标水平更低,而观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)指标水平均比对照组更高,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结论在尿毒症高通量血液透析基础上,配合复方α-酮酸片治疗,可取得确切效果,能有效调节患者的免疫功能,降低炎症反应,改善肾功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of high-throughput hemodialysis combined with compound alpha ketoacid tablets in patients with uremia.Methods Sixty four patients with uremia treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group consisted of 32 patients who only received high-throughput hemodialysis treatment,while the observation group consisted of 32 patients who received compound alpha ketoacid tablets in addition to the control group treatment.Evaluate and compare the effects of different treatment plans on immune function,renal function,and inflammatory markers between two groups.Results After comparing the data,it was found that the immune indicators(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and renal function indicators(BUN,Scr,β_(2)-MG),as well as inflammatory indicators(CRP,IL-6)of the two groups of patients before treatment did not have statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group had lower levels of renal+function indicators,inflammation indicators,and CD8 indicators compared to the control group,while the observation group had higher+levels of CD4 and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)indicators than the control group,the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of high-throughput hemodialysis for uremia,combined with compound alpha ketoacid tablets,definite effects can be achieved,effectively regulating the patient’simmune function,reducing inflammatory reactions,and improving renal function.
