摘要
随着医疗技术和医疗设备的快速发展,一方面,各大手术、肿瘤治疗等新的治疗手段广泛开展,血小板的用量快速增加,另一方面,全国性的血液紧缺问题日趋严峻。我国仅靠无偿捐献单采血小板的献血者越来越难以满足临床需求。信息化、自动化的全面推广使全自动血液分离机逐渐普及,浓缩血小板的制备更加高效、快速,产品标准化程度高,输注效果理想,血小板保存袋、去白细胞滤器、血小板保存液、病原体灭活技术、血液辐照等制备技术的提升使浓缩血小板质量越来越好。基于上述原因,浓缩血小板在我国的应用越来越广泛,但由于不同采供血机构手工制备血小板所使用的制备方法、仪器设备不同,血小板质量存在差异。现综述各大采供血机构浓缩血小板的制备现状为同行提供参考。
The rapid advancement of medical technology and equipment has led to the widespread development of new treatment methods such as major surgery and tumor treatment,resulting in a significant increase in platelet production.However,this has also exacerbated the national blood shortage problem.Reliance solely on non-remunerative platelet donation is increasingly insufficient to meet clinical demands.The comprehensive implementation of information technology and automation has popularized automatic blood separators,leading to more efficient and rapid preparation of concentrated platelets with high standardization,ideal infusion effects,and improved quality through advancements in preparation technology for platelet storage bags,leukocyte removal filters,platelet storage solutions,pathogen inactivation technology,and blood irradiation.Consequently,concentrated platelets are being widely utilized across the country.However,due to variations in manual preparation methods and equipment used by different blood collection institutions,there is considerable disparity in the quality of prepared platelets.This article reviews the current status of concentrated platelet preparation at major blood collection institutions to provide guidance for peers.
