摘要
危重症患者病情变化快,随时可能危及生命,及时预见病情变化可为早期治疗、护理提供时机。近年来,各种智能化手段逐渐应用于危重症护理领域,为预见性护理决策提供有力支持,极大减轻护理人员的负担。但受限于数据质量,预见性护理决策的准确性仍有待验证。基于此,本文深入探讨基于人工智能的危重症患者预见性护理策略的应用现况及其面临的挑战,以期为后续预见性护理策略融入危重症临床实践提供参考。
The condition of critical illness patients changes rapidly,and may be life-threatening at any time,timely prediction of the condition changes can provide opportunities for early treatment and nursing.In recent years,various intelligent means have been gradually applied in the field of critical illness,providing strong support for predictive nursing decisions,and greatly reducing the burden of nursing staff.However,limited by data quality,the accuracy of predictive nursing decisions remains to be verified.Based on this,this article explores in depth application status and faced challenges of predictive nursing strategies of critical illness patients based on artificial intelligence,in order to provide reference for integrating predictive nursing strategies into critical illness clinical practice in the future.
