摘要
自身免疫性甲状腺病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,而自身免疫性甲状腺病相关不孕症亦越来越受到关注。李红主任根据多年临证经验,认为自身免疫性甲状腺病相关不孕症病变脏腑以肾为主,与肝脾两脏有关,病机为脾肾亏虚、肝郁气滞、痰凝血瘀。临床中结合甲功是否异常和甲状腺相关抗体水平,对自身免疫性甲状腺病相关不孕症患者进行分期辨治,对于甲功异常和甲状腺自身抗体异常的患者,治以“循经疗法”为主联合“调周二期法”,对于甲状腺自身抗体恢复或接近正常的患者,治以“调周二期法”为主联合“循经疗法”,全程治疗达到降低甲状腺抗体、调经、助孕之效。
The incidence of autoimmune thyroid disease is increasing year by year,and infertility associated with autoimmune thyroid disease has received more and more attention.Based on many years of clinical experience,Director Li Hong believes that for infertility associated with autoimmune thyroid disease,the main affected organ is the kidney,and it is also related to the liver and spleen.The pathogenesis includes deficiency of the spleen and kidney,stagnation of liver qi,phlegm coagulation and blood stasis.In clinical practice,by combining whether the thyroid function is abnormal and the levels of thyroid-related antibodies,patients with infertility associated with autoimmune thyroid disease are treated with stage-based differentiation.For patients with abnormal thyroid function and abnormal thyroid autoantibodies,the treatment is mainly based on"Following the Meridians Therapy"combined with"Two-period Adjustment Method".For patients whose thyroid autoantibodies have recovered or are close to normal,the treatment is mainly based on"Two-period Adjustment Method"combined with"Following the Meridians Therapy".The whole course of treatment can achieve the effects of reducing thyroid antibodies,regulating menstruation,and assisting pregnancy.
