运用逻辑和模块化思维进行方剂组成记忆串联及临床应用初探

摘要 目的:探讨以逻辑和模块化思维串联方剂学临床应用价值撷芳,以期从逻辑思维角度揆度方剂学中事物内在的联系和“纲领”,旨在为方剂学的组方记忆、深入研究和灵活的实际应用铺设思维基石。方法:以逻辑和模块化思维为纲,从方名、主治、组方、药味、配伍特点等方面对特定方剂进行剖析和研究,从而将众多孤立方剂,串联和整合为一条伸缩自如、灵活变化的“思维锁链”。结果:使学习方剂者得以思路鲜明、逻辑清楚地记忆相关方剂的组成及功用等,是一种学习思路的新尝试,同时逻辑和模块化思维为古老而朴素的方剂学注入新鲜血液,使这颗经历千百年的沉淀、郁郁葱葱的苍天大树焕发出蓬勃的生机。通过“思维锁链”,医者能够将众多一脉相承却在具体运用中拥有微妙差别的方剂及其所代表的证治思想,以清晰而娓娓道来的脉络在脑海中逐步呈现,从而得以游刃有余地针对临床实践中患者纷繁复杂的具体症状制定最精妙恰当的诊疗方案,这充分体现了祖国医学“因人制宜”的学术思想和循证医学的独特魅力,也与中医诊断学中“见微知著”的观点息息相关。结论:“推天道以明医理”,以思维和模块化思维揆度方剂组方规律符合“天人相应”的整体观念,串联和联系是把握医道的基础,了解、熟悉逻辑思维对方剂学组方记忆、临证加减灵活应用及祖国医学思想的发展具有里程碑式的意义。 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of formula science by connecting it with logic and modular thinking,so as to measure the internal connection and“program”of things in formula science from the per spective of logical thinking,and to lay the foundation for the memory of formula composition,in-depth research and flexible practical application of formula science.Methods:With logic and modular thinking as the outline,specific formulas are analyzed and studied from the aspects of formula name,main treatment,formula composition,medicinal taste,and compatibility characteristics,so as to connect and integrate many isolated formulas into a flexible and flexible“thinking chain”.Results:It enables those who learn formulas to remember the composition and function of related formulas with clear thinking and logic,which is a new attempt at learning thinking.At the same time,logic and modular thinking inject fresh blood into the ancient and simple formula science,making this lush and green tree with thousands of years of precipitation glow with vigorous vitality.Through the“thinking chain”,doctors can gradually present many prescriptions that are inherited from the same line but have subtle differences in specific application,as well as the syndrome and treatment ideas they represent,in a clear and eloquent context in their minds,so that they can easily formulate the most sophisticated and appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans for the complex and specific symptoms of patients in clinical practice.This fully reflects the academic thought of“adapting to the individual”and the unique charm of evidence-based medicine in traditional Chinese medicine,and is also closely related to the view of“seeing the micro and knowing the macro”in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis.Conclusion:“Pushing the way of heaven to understand medical principles”,using thinking and modular thinking to measure the prescription composition rules conforms to the overall concept of“correspondence between heaven and man”,and series connection and connection are the basis for grasping the medical way.Understanding and being familiar with logical thinking has a milestone significance for the prescription composition memory,the flexible application of clinical addition and subtraction,and the development of traditional Chinese medicine thinking.
