1000MW超超临界机组运行过程面临诸多风险,一旦出现锅炉受热面爆管事故,将严重影响机组运行。文章从多方面分析了1000MW超超临界机组锅炉爆管问题的形成原因,阐述了具体的解决对策,包括锅炉检查、锅炉受热面处理、控制锅炉壁温、监督汽水品质等。旨在消除锅炉爆管隐患,提前预防故障,保障1000MW超超临界机组安全平稳运行。
The operation process of a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit faces many risks.Once a boiler heating surface bursting accident occurs,it will seriously affect the operation of the unit.This article analyzes the causes of boiler tube bursting in 1000MW ultra supercritical units from multiple perspectives,and elaborates on specific solutions,including boiler inspection,treatment of boiler heating surfaces,control of boiler wall temperature,and supervision of steam and water quality.Intended to eliminate the hidden danger of boiler tube bursting,prevent faults in advance,and ensure the safe and stable operation of 1000MW ultra supercritical units.
