小型可夹持带自锁式母排夹钳型插座设计与应用实践分析

摘要 文章设计了一种新小型可夹持带自锁式母排夹钳型插座,通过自锁设计和简化的安装流程,显著提升了安装效率,节约了劳动成本,增强了对恶劣环境的适应性。实际应用测试表明,新型插座的安装时间从传统的60min缩短至5min,整体效率提升超过80%。此外,该插座在高温、高湿等极端环境下表现出色,确保了连接的稳定性和设备的正常运行。 In this paper,a small small clamp socket is designed.Through the self-lock design and simplified installation process,the product significantly improves the installation efficiency,reduces labor costs,and enhances the adaptability to harsh environments.Practical application tests have shown that the installation time of the new socket has been shortened from the traditional 60 minutes to 5 minutes,and the overall efficiency has been increased by more than 80%.In addition,the socket performs well in extreme environments such as high temperature and high humidity,ensuring the stability of the connection and the normal operation of the equipments.
