摘要
在金融科技快速迭代与客户需求持续升级的双重驱动下,银行财务管理正在加速推进数字化转型,不仅实现了财务流程的自动化与决策的智能化,还通过构建实时风险预警系统与精准测算动态预算模型,提高了银行财务管理的效率和精准度。然而,这些创新举措也对传统的财务管理模式造成了冲击,暴露出了数据孤岛难以打通等现实问题。文章将从技术应用、管理机制、人才培养与风险防控等维度出发探讨如何推动财务管理从成本中心向价值中心转型,为银行应对数字化挑战提供实践参考。
Driven by the rapid iteration of financial technology and the upgrading of customer demands,the digital transformation of bank financial management is accelerating.It has not only achieved the automation of financial processes and the intelligence of decision-making,but also improved the efficiency and accuracy of bank financial management through the construction of a real-time risk early warning system and the precise calculation of dynamic budget models.However,these innovative measures have also impacted the traditional financial management model,exposing practical problems such as the difficulty in breaking down data silos.This article explores how to promote the transformation of financial management from a cost center to a value center from four dimensions:technology application,management mechanism,talent cultivation and risk prevention and control,providing practical references for banks to cope with digital challenges.
