摘要
为提高企业生产运作管理能力,采用数学规划算法进行优化。运用线性规划、非线性规划、整数规划等常见的数学规划算法,结合作业调度和生产计划、生产系统和产能配置、生产设备布局与选址、生产系统中库存管理、生产系统供应链等内容,构建优化生产运作管理的方法,为企业构建数字化、智能化生产运作管理体系提供支持。
In the study,mathematical programming algorithms were adopted to optimize to improve the production and operation management capabilities of enterprises.The methods of optimizing production operation management involves introducing common mathematical programming algorithms such as linear programming,nonlinear programming,and integer programming,and considering such factors as job scheduling and production planning,production system and capacity configuration,production equipment layout and site selection,inventory management and production system supply chain in production system,etc.It is hopeful that the adoption of mathematical programming algorithms will provide support for enterprises to build digital and intelligent production operation management systems.
