摘要
目的分析贵州省在读中学生不同类型烟草制品的使用情况及其影响因素,为相关部门制定针对在读中学生的控烟干预策略提供理论依据。方法于2021年9—10月,采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取贵州省部分中学生进行调查。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响在读中学生吸烟的主要因素。结果2021年贵州省在读中学生卷烟使用率和电子烟使用率分别为7.99%、4.94%。认为卷烟肯定很难戒断的在读中学生占34.02%,具有卷烟使用意愿的在读中学生占9.16%;认为使用电子烟肯定会成瘾的在读中学生占25.48%,具有电子烟使用意愿的在读中学生占1.08%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,卷烟使用方面,男性在读中学生卷烟使用率高于女性在读中学生,OR值为3.253(95%CI:2.619~4.040);父母、朋友中至少有1人吸烟的在读中学生卷烟使用率高于父母、朋友均不吸烟的在读中学生,OR值分别为1.263(95%CI:1.015~1.573)、15.101(95%CI:9.767~23.347)。电子烟使用方面,男性在读中学生电子烟使用率高于女性,OR值为1.733(95%CI:1.375~2.183);城市的在读中学生电子烟使用率高于农村的在读中学生,OR值为1.314(95%CI:1.054~1.638);朋友中至少有1人吸烟的在读中学生电子烟使用率高于朋友均不吸烟的在读中学生,OR值为9.148(95%CI:6.275~13.336)。结论对烟草危害认知较低、周围有吸烟环境是影响贵州省在读中学生使用卷烟和电子烟的主要因素,故未来应积极开展控烟健康教育、推进无烟校园建设,营造和维护无烟环境。
Objective To analyze the use of different types of tobacco products and their influencing factors among Middle school students in Guizhou Province,and to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate tobacco control intervention strategies for Middle school students.Methods In September to October 2021,some Middle school students in Guizhou Province were selected by using multistage stratified cluster random sampling method.Multifactor logistic regression model was used to analyze main factors affecting Middle school students'smoking.Results In 2021,the rates of cigarette and e-cigarette use among Middle school students in Guizhou Province were 7.99%and 4.94%,respectively.The percentage of who believed quitting cigarette smoking is difficult was 34.02%,while the percentage of who expressed will-ingness to smoke cigarettes were 9.16%.25.48%of them believed using electronic cigarettes would lead to addiction,and 1.08%of them expressed an intention to use electronic cigarettes.The results of multifactor logistic regression analysis showed that cigarette use was higher among male Middle school students than female Middle school students,with an odds ratio(OR)of 3.253(95%CI:2.619-4.040).Middle school students with one of parent or friend at least who smoked cigarettes had higher rate of cigarette use than Middle school students with neither parents nor friends who smoked cigarettes,with OR of 1.263(95%CI:1.015-1.573)and 15.101(95%CI:9.767-23.347),respectively.Regarding to e-ciga-rette use,male Middle school students had higher rate of e-cigarette use than that of females,with an OR of 1.733(95%CI:1.375-2.183).Middle school students in urban areas had higher rates of e-cigarette use than those in rural areas,with an OR of 1.314(95%CI:1.054-1.638).Additionally,Middle school students with one friend at least who smoked e-cigarettes had higher rate of e-cigarette use than Middle school students with none of their friends who smoked,with an OR of 9.148(95%CI:6.275-13.336).Conclusion Low awareness to the hazards of smoking and exposure to smoking en-vironments are the main factors associated with cigarettes and e-cigarettes use among youth in Guizhou Province.Tobacco con-trol health education and the promotion of smoke-free campuses construction should be actively carried out in the future to create and maintain smoke-free environment.
