摘要
随着我国民航事业的蓬勃发展,民航人才需求规模不断扩大,人才培养质量成为制约我国民航发展的关键因素。高职院校是培养航空领域专业人才的重要场所,其在航空安全文化建设方面具有独特优势。作为一种特殊的文化现象,服饰文化能在一定程度上反映学生的价值观念、职业素养等,将服饰文化融入高职院校空中乘务专业航空安全文化建设中既能有效提升学生职业素养、职业技能水平,又能为航空安全文化建设提供重要的补充与支撑。因此,文章基于服饰文化的高职院校空中乘务专业航空安全文化建设与实践进行全面分析。
With the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation industry,the demand for civil aviation talents continues to expand,and the quality of talent training has become a key factor restricting the development of China’s civil aviation.Higher vocational colleges are important places for cultivating professionals in the aviation field,and they have unique advantages in the cultural construction of aviation safety.As a special cultural phenomenon,clothing culture can to some extent reflect students’values,professional qualities,etc.Integrating clothing culture into the cultural construction of aviation safety in higher vocational colleges’flight attendant major can not only effectively improve students’professional qualities and skills,but also provide important supplements and support for the construction of aviation safety.Therefore,the article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the cultural construction and practice of aviation safety in the flight attendant major of higher vocational colleges based on clothing culture.
