纺织废料在建筑材料创新中的应用与性能分析

摘要 随着纺织废料对环境的影响日益严重,探索其在建筑材料创新中的应用具有重要意义。文章系统分析了纺织废料的定义、来源及分类,研究了天然纤维与合成纤维的物理化学特性,探讨了其作为填充材料和复合材料的应用潜力。通过物理与化学改性技术(如机械粉碎、硅烷偶联剂处理等),纺织废料在混凝土等基体中的力学性能和热学性能显著提升。生命周期评估表明,纺织废料改性材料可减少30%碳足迹,具有显著的环境效益。研究结果为纺织废料的资源化利用和可持续建筑材料的开发提供了理论与实践依据。 With the increasingly serious impact of textile waste on the environment,exploring its application in building material innovation is of great significance.This article systematically analyzes the definition,sources,and classification of textile waste,studies the physical and chemical properties of natural fibers and synthetic fibers,and explores their application potential as filling materials and composite materials.The mechanical and thermal properties of textile waste in matrices such as concrete have been significantly improved through physical and chemical modification techniques(such as mechanical crushing and silane coupling agent treatment).Life cycle assessment shows that textile waste modified materials can reduce carbon footprint by 30%and have significant environmental benefits.The research results provide theoretical and practical basis for the resource utilization of textile waste and the development of sustainable building materials.
