基于单胞模型的织物增强复合胶管力学模拟分析

摘要 为了分析织物增强复合胶管的力学性能,文章构建了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)材料的超弹性本构模型和基于单根纤维的随机纱线模型,得到了TPU材料和芳纶纱线的等效力学性能参数;基于织物增强体的组织结构,构建了织物增强复合胶管有限元单胞模型,模拟分析得到的胶管弹性模量、拉伸强度、剪切模量等等效力学性能参数与实测结果相吻合,为织物增强复合胶管的性能分析提供了高效手段。 To analyze the mechanical properties of fabric-reinforced composite hoses,this paper developed a hyperelastic constitutive model for thermoplastic urethane(TPU)material and a stochastic yarn model based on single fiber,obtaining equivalent mechanical parameters for both TPU materials and aramid yarns;based on the texture of the fabric reinforcement,a finite element unit cell model of the composite hose was established.The simulated results,including elastic modulus,tensile strength,and shear modulus of the hose,agreed well with experimental measurements.This work provides an efficient approach for performance analysis of fabric-reinforced composite hoses.
