摘要
文章主要探讨不同标准对纺织品禁用偶氮染料检测结果的影响及优缺点,对比GB、ISO、JIS标准多方面规定,以GB/T 17592—2024为基础设两组实验,测试邻甲苯胺和2,4-二氨基甲苯加标回收率,结果显示:GB、JIS检测24种致癌芳香胺,ISO检测22种;方法1回收率高于方法2约10.0%,GB标准曲线要求和限量值更严格。由此得出结论:不同标准利弊并存,前处理影响大,实际工作应综合优势,研发新方法试剂,平衡多方面因素,提升检测效率。
The article mainly discusses the influence and advantages and disadvantages of different standards on the detection results of banned azo colourants in textiles.It compares various provisions of GB,ISO,and JIS standards and sets up two experiments based on GB/T 17592—2024 to test the recovery rates of ortho toluidine and 2,4-diaminotoluene.The results show that GB and JIS detect 24 carcinogenic aromatic amines,while ISO detects 22;the recovery rate of method 1 is about 10.0%higher than that of method 2,and the GB standard curve requirements and limit values are more stringent.From this,it can be concluded that different standards have both advantages and disadvantages,and pre-processing has a significant impact.In practical work,comprehensive advantages should be taken into account to develop new methods and reagents,balance multiple factors,and improve detection efficiency.
