综合熵权TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型评价畜牧业现代化初探——以陕西畜牧业数据为例 被引量:1

摘要 畜牧业现代化的发展过程是动态的,需要对其进行动态监测和评估以辅助进行达标评价,但目前多数研究仅通过单一指标对其进行实证分析,存在一定的局限性。本研究结合2012-2021年陕西省畜牧业发展数据,将畜牧业现代化分为规模现代化、效率现代化、机械现代化、科技现代化和生态现代化五个子系统,并利用熵权TOPSIS分析得到陕西省畜牧业现代化的发展程度,通过耦合协调度模型分析各子系统耦合协调程度,最后运用障碍度模型对制约性影响因素展开研究。结果显示,2012-2021年陕西省畜牧业现代化程度总体呈上升趋势,目前处于稳步发展阶段。规模现代化、效率现代化、机械现代化、科技现代化和生态现代化五个子系统耦合协调度稳步提升,由濒临失调变化为良好协调。5个子系统对陕西省畜牧业现代化发展都起到了一定的阻碍作用,效率现代化是最关键的因素。在乡村振兴战略的背景下,研究结果对于全面协同提升陕西省畜牧业现代化建设效率具有重要启示。 The development process of animal husbandry modernization is dynamic and requires dynamic monitoring and evaluation to assist it achieving standard assessment.However,the majority of current studies only conduct empirical analyses based on singe indicators,which have certain limitations.This study,based on the development data of animal husbandry from Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2021,divides the modernization of animal husbandry into five subsystems:scale modernization,efficiency modernization,mechanical modernization,technological modernization,and ecological modernization.It utilized entropy weight TOPSIS analysis to determine the level of modernization in animal husbandry in Shaanxi Province.A coupling coordination degree model was also employed to analyze the coupling coordination degree of each subsystem.Finally,the obstacle degree model was employed to study the restrictive influencing factors.The results show that the modernization level of animal husbandry in Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2021 showed an overall upward trend and is currently in a phase of steady development.The coupling and coordination degree of the five subsystems has steadily improved,transitioning from being on the brink of imbalance to achieve good coordination levels.Each of the five subsystems plays a certain obstructive role in the modernization development of animal husbandry in Shaanxi Province,with efficiency modernization being the most critical factor.Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,the research findings hold significant implications for comprehensively and synergistically enhancing the efficiency of modernization construction of animal husbandry in Shaanxi Province.
