摘要
针对固定预算及有限信息导致的战储航材品种确定困难的问题,提出一种战储航材三支决策品种确定方法,以战储航材信息系统为背景,提出战储航材品种三支决策模型,基于贝叶斯准则计算决策规则,在此基础上,引入单值中智信息,利用计分函数及精确度函数求解期望损失最小的三域划分,依据决策规则实现战储航材品种的动态决策。通过应用实例阐述方法的有效性,相比传统二值决策方法,所提方法能有效权衡当前预算及长期效益的矛盾,具有更高的一致性且描述的逼真度更好。
For the difficult problems of fixed budget and limited information in combat repertory aviation material type determination,a new determination method of type of combat repertory aviation material is proposed based on three-way decision-making model,the single-valued neutrosophic information is introduced based on Bayesian rules to calculate the decision-making rules.The scoring function and the accuracy function are utilized to solve the three-domain division with the least expected loss.The dynamic decision-making of combat repertory aviation material is implemented according to the decision-making rules.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is expounded by the application examples,compared with traditional binary decision-making methods,the proposed method can effectively balance the contradiction between current budget and long-term benefits with a higher consistency and better fidelity description.
