摘要
教育改革推动了教学方法的创新,体育教学尤其是篮球基本技术教学,以实践为主且区别于其他学科。辅助练习器在青少年篮球基本技术教学中发挥了重要作用,提升了体能、基础和战术训练水平。但由于教学模式差异,青少年在使用辅助练习器时难以形成正确的动作感知,导致应用水平不高,影响教学效果。该文总结了辅助练习器在青少年篮球基本技术教学中的应用问题,并结合运球、传球、投篮、防守、篮板球、脚步移动、持球突破等技术,提出了相应的应用对策,为辅助练习器在青少年篮球教学中的应用提供理论支撑、参考借鉴和实践方法。
Educational reform has driven the innovation of teaching methods.Physical education,especially basketball basic skills teaching,is practice-oriented and distinct from other subjects.In the teaching of basketball basic skills for adolescents,auxiliary practice devices have played an important role,enhancing the levels of physical fitness,basic skills,and tactical training.However,due to differences in teaching models,adolescents find it dfficult to form a correct perception of movements when using auxiliary practice devices.This has led to a low level of application and affected the effectiveness of teaching.This paper summarizes the problems in the application of auxiliary practice devices in the teaching of basketball basic skills for adolescents.It also proposes corresponding application strategies in combination with skills such as dribbling,passing,shooting,defense,rebounding,footwork,and ball-handling breakthroughs.These strategies provide theoretical support,reference,and practical methods for the application of auxiliary practice devices in adolescent basketball teaching.
