摘要
该研究聚焦高校篮球赛事运营模式,深入分析其组织架构、运营模式、面临的挑战与机遇,并提出相应策略建议。在组织架构方面,探讨了机构设置、人员配置与管理及规章制度;在运营模式上,分析了赛事定位、资金运作、市场开发、宣传推广及服务保障机制。研究指出赛事面临资源限制、人才缺乏、运营不畅等挑战,但也面临政策支持、社会关注度提高、市场需求增长等机遇。据此,提出创新运营模式、增强自我造血功能、加强合作联盟等策略。研究结果表明,创新运营模式和积极市场开发能有效提升赛事盈利能力和社会影响力,而加强内部管理和外部合作、优化人员配置、完善规章制度是提升赛事质量和效率的关键。该研究为高校篮球赛事运营管理提供理论指导,也为其他体育赛事提供参考,有助于促进校园体育文化发展和体育产业繁荣。
This research focuses on the operational models of college basketball events,thoroughly analyzing their organizational structures,operational models,challenges,and opportunities,and proposing corresponding strategic recommendations.In terms of organizational structure,it explores aspects such as institutional settings,personnel allocation and management,and rules and regulations.Regarding operational models,it examines the event positioning,financial operations,market development,promotional strategies,and service and support mechanisms.The study identifies challenges such as resource limitations,talent shortages,and operational inefficiencies,while also highlighting external opportunities like policy support,increased social attention,and growing market demand.Based on these findings,it suggests strategies to innovate operational models,enhance self-sustaining capabilities,and strengthen cooperative alliances.The research results indicate that innovative operational models and active market development can effectively boost the events'profitability and social influence.Meanwhile,strengthening internal management and external cooperation,optimizing personnel allocation,and perfecting rules and regulations are key to improving event quality and efficiency.This study provides theoretical guidance for the operational management of college basketball events and serves as a reference for other types of sports events,contributing to the development of campus sports culture and the prosperity of the sports industry.
