摘要
数字出版作为文化体制改革的实践载体,正成为推动精神生活共同富裕的重要力量。在数字化浪潮下,数字出版以前所未有的传播速度和覆盖广度重塑着当代社会的精神生活图景。数字出版即时性和广泛覆盖性的优势,不仅显著提高了精神文化产品的供给规模与质量水平,更有力缩小了不同地域和群体间的精神生活差距,促进了多元文化的交流互鉴,但其实践中也存在数字鸿沟持续扩大、内容质量良莠不齐以及数字依赖现象严重等问题。因此,应从数字管理体制、数字出版政策、数字使用观念、数字技术创新等方面积极探索切实可行的路径,促进数字出版行业的健康发展和人民精神生活共同富裕。
As a practical carrier of cultural system reform,digital publishing is becoming an important force in promoting the common prosperity of people’s spiritual life.In the wave of digitalization,digital publishing is reshaping the landscape of contemporary society’s spiritual life with unprecedented communication speed and coverage.With the advantages of instantaneity and extensive coverage,it not only significantly improves the supply scale and quality level of spiritual and cultural products,but also effectively narrows the gap in spiritual life among different regions and groups,and promotes the exchange and mutual learning of diverse cultures.However,in practice,there are also problems such as the continuous expansion of the digital divide,the uneven quality of content,and the phenomenon of digital dependence.Therefore,practical and effective paths should be actively explored from aspects of the digital management system,digital publishing policies,concepts of digital use,and digital technology innovation,so as to promote the healthy development of the digital publishing industry and the common prosperity of people’s spiritual life.
