摘要
开展了磨料材质和尺寸对AgSnO_(2)片状触点表面状态影响的研究,分析了表面状态对触点接触电阻大小及其稳定性的影响规律。结果表明,相比于磨料规格大小,磨料材质对触点的表面粗糙度、残留毛刺和异物污染等表面状态的影响更显著,而且接触压力越大,在一定程度上弱化了触点表面状态对触点接触电阻大小及其稳定性的影响程度。综合分析可知,尽管磨料A对AgSnO_(2)触点的表面粗糙度改善效果一般,但总体上磨料A相比于磨料B和磨料C更有助于改善AgSnO_(2)触点材料的表面接触电阻大小及其稳定性,且在接触压力为1 N条件下,经小规格磨料A处理后的样品表面拥有更低而稳定的接触电阻((0.356±0.001)mΩ)。
This research focused on the influence of abrasive material and size on the surface states of AgSnO_(2)electrical contact materials,and analyzed the influence of surface state on the contact resistance and stability of contact materials.The results indicate that compared to the abrasive size,the abrasive material has a significant impact on the surface roughness,residual burrs,and surface contamination of AgSnO_(2)contact.Moreover,the greater the contact pressure,the weaker the effect of the surface state on the stability of contact resistance.By comprehensive analysis,it can be concluded that although A abrasive has a general effect on improving the surface roughness of AgSnO_(2)contact,overall,A abrasive is more efficient in improving the surface contact resistance of AgSnO_(2)contact compared to B abrasive and C abrasive.Besides,under a contact pressure of 1 N,AgSnO_(2)contact materials treated with small-sized A abrasive has a lower and more stable contact resistance((0.356±0.001)mΩ).
