福建部分地区猪肉源大肠杆菌耐多粘菌素流行性分析

Epidemiological analysis of polymyxin resistance of Escherichia coli derived from pork in some areas of Fujian province

摘要 本论文旨在调查福建地区市场猪肉样品中大肠杆菌的污染状况,分析其耐药性,为合理使用抗菌药物提供数据支撑。采集市场中263份猪肉样品进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定,通过琼脂二倍稀释法测定其药物敏感度,并用PCR法检测mcr-1及其阳性菌ESBLs、PMQR等耐药基因流行情况。分离鉴别出201份大肠杆菌,分离率为76.4%,其中有55株耐4μg/mL多粘菌素的菌株,占27.4%。药敏结果表明氨苄西林和多西环素耐药率相对较高,分别是38.2%(21/55)和30.9%(17/55),其余药物耐药率为18.2%以下。mcr-1基因检出率为34.5%(19/55),还检出oqxB(18.2%,10/55)、aac(6')-Ib-cr(12.7%,7/55),oqxA、qnrS、CTX-M-1G、CTX-M-9G及fosA3耐药基因检出率均在5.5%以下。福建地区猪肉源大肠杆菌对多粘菌素表现较高的耐药率,并且耐药株携带多种耐药基因,可为耐药性风险评估及防控提供参考依据。 The purpose of this paper is to investigate the contamination status of E.coli in pork samples from several markets in Fujian province,analyze their drug resistance,and provide data support for the rational and scientific application of antibiotics.263 pork samples were collected from the market for E.coli isolation,Agar double dilution method to determine its drug sensitivity,and PCR method to detect mcr-1,ESBLs,PMQR and other resistance genes.201 strains of E.coli were isolated and identified,and the isolation rate was 76.4%.A total of 55 strains were resistant to 4μg/mL polymyxin(27.4%).The drug sensitivity results showed that the resistance rates to ampicillin and doxycycline were relatively high,at 38.2%(21/55)and 30.9%(17/55),respectively,and the resistance rate of other drugs was below 18.2%.The detection rate of mcr-1 gene was 34.5%(19/55),and oqxB(18.2%,10/55),aac(6')-Ib-cr(12.7%,7/55)were also detected.The detection rates of oqxA,qnrS,CTX-M-1G,CTX-M-9G and fosA3 resistance genes were all below 5.5%.Pork derived E.coli exhibits a high resistance rate to polymyxin,and the resistant strains carry multiple resistance genes in Fujian province,providing reference basis for drug resistance risk assessment and prevention and control.
