摘要
目的分析在腹腔镜疝修补术患者中应用基于快速康复外科(ERAS)的手术室护理的效果。方法选取该院2022年3月至2023年12月收治的80例腹腔镜疝修补术患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(40例)采用常规手术室护理,试验组(40例)实施基于ERAS的手术室护理。比较两组患者护理前后应激水平、生活质量改善情况和下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组腹股沟疝修补术患者去甲肾上腺素(NE)、醛固酮(ALD)、皮质醇(Cor)应激水平相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),手术期间NE、ALD、Cor应激水平均明显上升,且试验组NE、ALD、Cor应激水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组腹股沟疝修补术患者下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组疝修补术患者生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜疝修补术患者中应用基于ERAS的手术室护理具有良好的效果,可有效降低腹腔镜疝修补术患者术中应激水平,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of operating room nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair.Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair at our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received conventional operating room nursing,while the test group(40 cases)received ERAS-based operating room nursing.Stress levels,quality of life improvement,time to first ambulation,time to first flatus,hospital stay,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in stress levels(NE,ALD,Cor)between the two groups(P<0.05).During surgery,stress levels(NE,ALD,Cor)significantly increased in both groups,but the test group exhibited lower levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).The test group also demonstrated shorter time to first ambulation,time to first flatus,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the test group showed significantly better quality of life improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ERAS-based operating room nursing demonstrates favorable outcomes in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair,effectively reducing intraoperative stress levels and complication rates,with significant clinical efficacy.
