摘要
目的探究坤泰胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗肾阴虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将2021年1月至2024年1月就诊于南平市妇幼保健院的66例肾阴虚型卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和试验组(33例)。对照组使用戊酸雌二醇进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加施坤泰胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后性激素指标及卵巢血流状况、不良反应、月经及绝经症状。结果试验组在疗效、性激素指标及卵巢血流状况等各方面的指标均优于对照组,且试验组患者的月经恢复状态更好,绝经症状较为轻微(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单纯西药治疗相比坤泰胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗妇女卵巢早衰的效果更显著,可以明显改善患者的临床状况,治疗的安全性也相对较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Kuntai Capsules combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of kidney Yin deficiency type.Methods A total of 66 patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney-yin deficiency to Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were studied.Using the random number table method,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and test group(33 cases).The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the test group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.The sex hormone indicators,ovarian blood flow status,adverse reactions,menstrual volume and menopausal symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results The test group was superior to the control group in terms of various indicators such as therapeutic effect,sex hormone indicators and ovarian blood flow status.Moreover,the menstrual recovery status of patients in the test group was better and the menopausal symptoms were relatively mild(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with the treatment of western medicine alone,Kuntai capsule combined with estradiol valerate has a more significant effect on the treatment of women with premature ovarian failure,which can significantly improve the clinical status of patients,and the treatment is relatively safe.
