摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节良恶性诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月大方县人民医院收治的273例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,均进行常规超声检查、高频彩色多普勒超声检查。以病理学检查结果作为诊断的“金标准”,分析两种检查方式对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断效能及高频彩色多普勒超声检查下甲状腺良性结节和恶性结节的影像学特征。结果:高频彩色多普勒超声检查诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的准确率、特异性、灵敏度高于常规超声检查(P<0.001)。甲状腺良性结节与恶性结节的形态、回声、钙化、纵横比对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节良恶性诊断中的应用价值较高,能够提高诊断的准确率、特异性、灵敏度。
Objective:To explore the application value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 273 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to the People's Hospital of Dafang from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent routine ultrasonography and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography.The pathological examination results were used as the"gold standard"for diagnosis to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of two examination methods for benign and malignant thyroid nodules and the imaging characteristics of benign and malignant thyroid nodules by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography were higher than those of routine ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules(P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in morphology,echo,calcification and aspect ratio between benign thyroid nodules and malignant thyroid nodules(P<0.001).Conclusion:High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has a high application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,and can increase accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the diagnosis.
