摘要
目的分析骨膨胀裂开法结合引导骨组织再生技术在种植牙手术中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1月—2024年4月在本院进行种植牙手术治疗的88例患者展开对比分析,按照不同操作技术将其分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规引导骨组织再生技术,观察组联合采用骨膨胀裂开法与引导骨组织再生技术,对比分析两组治疗效果相关指标,包括牙周指标、修复效果(如术后固位效果、语言功能等方面的评估)。结果治疗前,两组牙槽嵴顶唇舌向水平宽度及牙周附着水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组牙槽嵴顶唇舌向水平宽度更大、牙周附着水平更低(P<0.05)。观察组术后固位效果、语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在种植牙手术期间,联合应用骨膨胀裂开法与引导骨组织再生技术的效果更突出,应当大力推广并应用此技术。
Objective To analyze the combined application effect of bone expansion and splitting method and guided bone tissue regeneration technology during dental implant surgery.Methods 88 patients who underwent dental implant surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected for comparative analysis.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different operating techniques,with 44 patients in each group.The control group underwent conventional guided bone tissue regeneration techniques,while the observation group underwent combined bone expansion and splitting techniques.Compare and analyze two sets of treatment efficacy related indicators,including periodontal indicators,restoration effects(such as postoperative retention effect,language function evaluation,etc.).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the horizontal width of the alveolar ridge and periodontal attachment level between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the observation group had a higher horizontal width of the alveolar ridge and lower periodontal attachment level,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative repair evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bone expansion and splitting method with guided bone tissue regeneration technology has a more prominent effect during dental implant surgery,and should be actively promoted and applied.
