摘要
当前,“教-学-评-赛-训”一体化教学模式成为创新体育院校人才培养体系、提升人才培养实效的重要抓手。文章从教学体系革新、学习模式多元自主、评价体系全面客观、赛事活动激励引领、实战训练能力提升等五个维度,详细阐述了“教-学-评-赛-训”一体化教学模式的具体实践。文章提出,通过优化课程设置、强化实践教学、深化校企合作、构建全面评价体系等措施,旨在全面提升学生的综合素质、专业技能及实战能力,为体育院校人才培养模式的改革与创新提供理论依据与实践指导,推动我国体育事业的可持续发展。
Currently,the integrated mode of“teaching-learning-evaluation-competition-training”has become a vital lever for innovating the talent training system of sports colleges and universities and boosting the effectiveness of talent training.In this context,the article elaborates on the new mode from five dimensions:teaching system reform,diversified and autonomous learning modes,comprehensive and objective evaluation system,incentive and guidance of sports events,and improvement of practical abilities.To this end,it's argued that efforts should be made in optimizing curriculum,strengthening practical teaching,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and building a comprehensive evaluation system,so as to enhance students'comprehensive quality,professional skills,and practical abilities,provide theoretical basis and guidance for the reform and innovation of talent cultivation modes,and promote the sustainable development of sports industry.
