摘要
中间轴作为新能源汽车典型齿轴类零件,齿部精度要求高,且其作为焊接组件的一部分,压装焊接后由于结构的影响无法进行齿部的磨削。因此,必须压装焊接前对中间轴进行齿部精加工,留一定的安全裕度抵消焊接热装对齿部的影响。经过对样件的加工验证,总结热处理变形、中心孔与轴径的位置公差、压装过盈量等对中间轴齿部精度的影响规律,为后续新能源高精度齿轴的加工提供参考。
As a typical gear shaft component of new energy vehicle,the gear accuracy of the intermediate shaft is high,and due to the influence of its structure after press fit welding,the teeth cannot perform precision machining.Therefore,it is necessary to perform precision machining before pressing and welding,and leave a certain margin of safety to offset the impact on the teeth.After processing and verifying the samples,the influence law of heat treatment deformation,positional tolerance of the center hole and shaft,and press fit on the accuracy of the intermediate shaft teeth were summarized,providing reference for the subsequent high-precision machining of new energy gear shafts.
